Responsibilities
• Preparation of invoices & billing packages for delivery to our customers• Billing of customers for services purchased• Develop key operating metrics• Reviews invoices prior to submission to our customers• Collaborate with internal stakeholders• Reviews contracts & configures invoicing according to agreed terms• Ensures adequate controls during developing invoicing• Suggest / Implement process improvements• Ad Hoc accounting projects
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Bachelors Degree with 1+ year of related experience, Associates Degree with 2+ years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3+ years of related experience• Knowledge and Experience with MS Office Suite• Experience with Invoicing and Billing• Strong communication skills• Physical Requirements / Work Environment: The position is administrative, is positioned in an office environment and requires standing, bending, reaching, walking, and talking as well as exerting up to 20lbs of force occasionally.
