Full job description Join our dynamic real estate team as a Investment Property Sales Agent! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to play a crucial role in selling Investment Properties to Flippers, Landlords and Real Estate Agents.

Responsibilities:
? Meet and build relationships with investment property buyers
? Qualify potential clients and understand their needs
? Present and position investment opportunities to qualified buyers
? Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
? Track sales activities and lead notes in software database
Qualifications:
? FULL-TIME Commitment
? Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
? Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively build relationships over time
? Able to process details quickly, and create win/win solutions
? Real estate and/or investment knowledge is preferred
? Past sales experience, especially phone sales is a plus
