  Responsibilities:
  Handle all aspects of hotel reservations, from receiving inquiries to confirming room availability and making bookings Engage with guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests, addressing any special requests or concerns they may have Process payments, manage reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as required
