As a member of our IBM Tax team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise with a market leader, while exploring and connecting with virtually every part of IBM, in over 160 countries.As an International Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:• Responsible for managing all US International Tax Compliance matters• Prepare E&P, Subpart F calculations, GILTI, FDII, and allocation & apportionment of expenses.• Review of all foreign entity US tax returns (5471, 8858 & 8865).• Preparation of FTC Calculations including review of US Form 1118.Working in Armonk, NYAs part of our flexible and collaborative approach, we invite candidates to enjoy the hybrid experience, working in our office three times a week.
