Requisition Number: 96953We are currently seeking aSales Enablement & Coaching Internfor our 2024 Summer 360 Internship Program! We're seeking an enthusiastic and talentedcollege sophomore or juniorto join our 10-week, full-time, paid internship program, starting June 3, 2024. Come be a part of our vision!Insightis dedicated to making the impossible possible.  We combinecutting-edge technology, creative thinking,andthe power of scaleto deliver radical business transformation.  Our areas of expertise includeModern Workplace, Intelligent Edge, Modern Apps, Data & AI, Modern Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.FromIT strategy and designtoimplementation and management, our employeeshelp clients innovate and optimize their operations torun smarter.  TheSales Enablement & Coaching internwill work as ahybridteammate in either ourChicago, IllinoisorChandler, Arizonaoffice locations.What our Interns Do:Have a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies.Desire to become a partner and trusted advisor to clients, advising on best fit technology and best practices.Learn and grow into future leaders.Documenting the design criteria and implementation plan for an upgraded onboarding program, providing new E&C sellers with the shortest ramp up time to being productive with their assigned book of accounts.  Documenting the associated OCM plans.Documenting the implementation plan for a modular sales coaching program to support new E&C sellers in acquiring and demonstrating progression across Insight defined foundational sales skills.  This includes the data collection and baselining of existing learning and development programs, identifying incremental needs and recommending building or externally acquiring new programs.  Documenting the associated OCM plans.Documenting the process by which to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program, making continuous improvements as needed.  Documenting the associated OCM plans.Documenting meeting action items and providing summary notes.What we look for:Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Working towards a Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or related degree.Academic excellence, leadership qualities, initiative, teamwork, and integrity.Analytical skill set along with creative problem-solving skills.Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio).Documentation and content creation experience.The Sales Enablement & Coaching 360 Internship is paid on an hourly basis at $22.00 per hour.Insight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
