Responsibilities
• Lead MLRS & BFIST Program Logistics requirements• Determine Logistics scope• Plan and track sustainment efforts• Ensure platform Field and Sustainment plans are sound• Attend and/or generate internal and external meetings• Provide input, guidance, and take action regarding ILS scope• Track and report outcomes of meetings and decisions• Lead the team of Product Leads• Execute ILS plans efficiently and on time• Identify and escalate Risks that could hinder requirements completion
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience or equivalent• Experience with Mil-Std 40051-1/2, Mil-HDBK 1222, Mil-Std 1388B, GEIA-STD 0007• Understanding of Provisioning, Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability codes• Understanding of Repair Parts & Special Tools List• Understanding of Maintenance Allocation Charts and MAC generation• Experience working across multiple Program IPTs and Functional areas• Experience with Project Management principles• Experience with supporting Logistics Events• Understanding of SLIC Wave database• Experience with Content Management Systems and Microsoft Office suite• Experience with managing sub-contractors and external partners
