About the job SUMMARY Responsible for project oversight of third-party network providers to include scheduling, project planning, quality control, and logistics for multiple installation projects throughout the US territory while producing high quality documentation and other forms of communications which contribute to the overall success of Franke products.
Your tasks ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Writes clear, easy-to-understand instructions, policies, procedures, and other types of communications to the level of the target audience, typically being the translation of technical terms to layperson speak. Produces images for documentation and other communications by utilizing software to manipulate 3D prototypes and by photographing equipment and utilizing photo editing software. Contributes to the development and maintenance of documentation and communication standards; and maintains records, files of work, and revisions. Build and develop strong relationships with third-party network providers to complete projects efficiently and on time. Provide oversight for installation projects of new and existing customers. Create a network of third-party install teams to support current and future needs based on territory requirements and future project support. Conduct regular facility site visits before and during projects and provide feedback of work performance. Identify training gaps and deliver training programs on new or upgraded equipment to ensure consistency and adherence to established policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensure optimal performance of third-party teams is delivered to our customers by tracking project outcomes. Perform regular audits as needed. Interviews stakeholders and subject matter experts to: Establish scope and outlines of documentation requests & become familiar with product technologies and production methods. Ensure all installation projects are completed on time, within budget, and met with high quality standards. Main point of contact for all installation project escalations. Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.) to ensure consistent delivery of our installation projects, while promptly and efficiently handling customer issues. Analyzes prospective outlined content. Compares to existing, re-usable content. Reuses, where possible, to generate greater efficiency, speed, and consistency in communications through single-sourcing. Manages technical writing projects from beginning to end, including: all updates and communications with stakeholders and subject matter experts; administering the review process; reviewing for grammar, spelling, and formatting accuracy; and finalizing documents for release per set procedures and approvals. Conduct value analysis and present to internal leadership solutions on project timeline and constraints, third-party performance issues, equipment repairs, etc. Review and monitor variances for overall project delivery relative to scheduling, cost, and quality control reporting. Coordinate and obtain permits and approvals from regulatory agencies. Review CAD drawings specifications and deficiencies to resolve any code violations. Support communication and driving business initiatives to deliver performance results. Up to 50% travel required Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: Word Processing Software – Microsoft Word; Spreadsheet software – Microsoft Excel; Design software – Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator, Autodesk Inventor, and Inventor Publisher; Internet Software – Project Portal; Order Processing Systems – Primary Business Systems (PBS) & Order Manager; Other – PBS-RMA Manager, Credit Note Manager, Project Manager, Incident Manager Other Knowledge/Skills: Attention to detail, Problem Solving, Customer Service, Proper Email Etiquette, Organizational & Multi-tasking. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of work experience in construction or project management either for a manufacturer or service provider, preferably within the foodservices industry. Experience establishing, negotiating, and maintaining third party installation networks. Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Does not supervise staff.
