Responsibilities
• Engage prospects on the phone and identify their needs• Create valued business partnerships with customers• Articulate compelling value propositions for Access services• Follow up and qualify inbound leads• Develop sales pipeline and forecast sales activity• Deliver information on programs, promotions, and products• Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement• Meet or exceed Sales/revenue targets• Utilize consultative selling techniques• Specialize skills to handle larger client engagements
Requirements
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in inside sales and lead generation• 1 year of experience in driving demand and lead generation• 1 year of experience using Sales Automation tools such as Salesforce.com• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field• Zest for market insight and ability to quickly apply new information• High math skills and ability to effectively use Excel• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills• Strong phone skills and ability to set/close appointments over the phone• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented• Ability to work independently and autonomously• Ability to forge relationships with sales leaders and reps
