Inside Sales Rep - Canadian Market | First Shift | Mason, OH We are seeking a motivated Sales and Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team, specializing in our Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience and a passion for sales and customer relations. This role involves travel once or twice a month alongside our Engineers to various international locations, contributing to the expansion of sales and maintenance of existing accounts within the assigned territory. Responsibilities :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion by researching and developing new accounts. Coordinate with factories to obtain pricing and manage purchase orders, ensuring smooth transaction processes. Conduct inventory control activities to optimize stock levels and meet customer demands. Utilize MS Office software proficiently for data management and reporting purposes. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to resolve sales issues and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in [relevant field]. 0-2 years of experience in sales or related roles. Willingness to travel once or twice a month, must have a valid passport Strong customer relations skills with a focus on fairness and quick issue resolution. Proficiency in MS Office software.
