Success Story: Be part of a growing technology company Responsibilities: Learn company culture, products, and operational procedures. Support customers in assigned territory. Defend and grow existing accounts and grow new accounts in the territory. Answer incoming calls to support to customers requests. Process customer orders to ensure timely shipment. Follow up the sales leads via phone, emails, and social media engagement to convert leads into sales Outbound and cold calls to expand sales. Support dental sales in trade shows and other events. Serve as a point of contact for customer and distribution account management. Other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma and college degree is preferred. Experience in dental is preferred. At least 1 year of customer care or sales experience. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive team member. Excellent communication and phone skills. Punctuality and attendance per requirements. Job is in office at location of West Jordan. No health conditions preventing working in the office per required time period. Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ecommerce are preferred. Dental or medical knowledge is a plus. Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm/8:00 am to 4:30 pm/9am to 5:30pm shifts depending on territory coverage in different time zone
We Offer: Total pay is up to $80K plus per year with base pay with $18 - $23 per hour depending on experience and sales commission is up to $40K plus per year, commission is paid monthly. No cap on commission rate, the more you do, the more you get. Profit sharing: all employees share a percentage of company net profit paid quarterly.
