Responsibilities
• Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities• Facilitate improvement activities and lead continuous improvement workshops and projects• Address complex issues and utilize data to improve production processes and customer satisfaction• Drive CAPA and ensure effective root-cause analysis and resolution• Achieve cost reductions within specific product areas
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field• Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment• 1-3 years experience in a Continuous Improvement or similar role• Exceptional mechanical aptitude• Strong change management, leadership, and mentoring skills• Competent in data analytics• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence preferred• Project Management Experience preferred• Knowledge/Experience in vacuum technology preferred
