Role Description
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line, ready to answer incoming calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services. Your goal will be to provide clear and helpful information about services and claims, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle incoming calls regarding claim issues and log interactions in our proprietary medical bill review system.
Clearly explain benefits, services, and claim reimbursement processes to callers.
Engage professionally with various stakeholders including providers, patients, and insurance adjusters.
Qualifications:
Ability to operate effectively in a remote setting.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Positive and proactive approach to customer service.
Willingness to learn basic medical terminology and continuous professional development.
Flexibility in scheduling within our operational hours.
High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable; min 25 mbps download, 15 mbps upload).
