We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to enhance our Customer Success team as an IDX & Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you'll ensure that our clients' websites not only shine but also adhere strictly to various regulatory and contractual requirements. Your contributions will be crucial in navigating the complexities of contracts, branding, and compliance, making sure everything is spot-on for our clients across the real estate domain.
What You'll Do
As a central figure in our Customer Success department, you will:
- Master the nuances of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) contracts and policies, focusing on paperwork processing and website compliance.
- Proactively initiate contact with local MLS offices following new client contracts to secure necessary approvals.
- Serve as a key communication link among internal teams (Data Services, Implementation, Product Management, Sales) to resolve issues and align efforts.
- Conduct thorough reviews of website content and branding pre-launch to ensure compliance with local IDX standards.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of MLS board contacts and policy details.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to manage client contracts efficiently, both before and after sales are finalized.
- Become the go-to expert on MLS Contracts and Compliance.
Who You Are
- You have at least 2 years of experience in client service, ideally with exposure to the real estate or e-commerce sectors.
- You're skilled in managing relationships with external vendors and internal teams.
- Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver impeccable results is second to none.
- You possess a keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You're eager to learn and adapt, with a willingness to immerse yourself in compliance standards across various contexts.
- You thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment typical of a rapidly growing company.
- Familiarity with MLS Boards, a basic understanding of HTML, or previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous but not essential.
