HF Rubber Machinery, Inc., a subsidiary of the HF Mixing Group, is the global leader in the manufacturing of rubber and plastic processing equipment. HFRM, based in Topeka, Kansas is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator. The Human Resource Coordinator will aid and facilitate the human resource processes including administration of employee benefits plans and safety programs, and also provide administrative support to the Human Resource Manager as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, a positive and professional image, ability to work with all levels of employees, excellent organizational skills and be a self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.

Reconciles benefits statements. Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and respond with follow-up letters at close of recruiting process. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Manager. Assists with processing of terminations. Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Maintains employee files. Ability to understand, comply with, and communicate state or federal safety and health OSHA regulations. Responsible for HFRM safety programs - development, implementation, training, monitor, and manage. Ensure HFRM is compliant with all governing safety standard organizations - OSHA, ISNET, Customer. Maintain training records and schedule re-certifications as required. Responsible for investigation and corrective action of all near miss, property damage, and other accidents. Maintain all OSHA logs on a quarterly basis and submit annual report. Complete all customer required safety documentation as requested. Assist with drug and alcohol testing requirements. Assist with site staffing agency safety program. Performs additional duties, including special business projects and analyses, as assigned by Management. Performs other duties as assigned.  Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. At least two years related experience required. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate, present information and answer questions clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers. Ability to analyze data or information by identifying the underlying principles, reasons or facts of information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems. Ability to organize, multi-task, plan, set priorities and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while maintaining strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in team settings. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of HFRM. Demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations. Physical Demands:  Sit for extended periods of time.  Read computer screens and mail, email, and talk on the phone.  Ability to unpack and move supplies up to thirty (30) pounds.  Work Environment:  Professional and deadline-oriented environment.  Interaction with staff and customers.  Benefits of working as a Human Resources Coordinator in Topeka, KS:
