Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to become a part of our HR team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties, support our daily HR activities, and contribute to the long-term development of our HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely assistance to team members regarding HR queries and concerns.
Support our recruitment team by identifying and sourcing potential candidates through digital and traditional methods.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records, and documentation.
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the company's performance management system.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a human resources role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Soft Skills: Highly independent, meticulous, organized, with an ability to focus and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
