As a result, practices can focus on delivering the best possible patient care. The company is located in Pasig. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for daily HR tasks including managing personnel files, updating employee information in HRIS, assisting with benefit administration, tracking compliance-related training, and supporting employee relations issues. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Benefits Administration and Compliance skills Experience in training and employee relations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Excellent organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Professionalism and ability to work in a team environment Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code With experience in a BPO set up is a plus
