We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) (FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH) for one of our clients in the Pharmaceutical field. This company is a nationwide wholesale producer and distributor with daily operation between 15.000 - 17.000 orders. The main responsabilities for the HR Assistant will be:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves) Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED certificate and 1 year related experience in HR Strong communication skills. Be organized and have the ability to work well within a team. Must be fluent in English and Spanish Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 pm Job Type: Full-Time
