Lead employee relations efforts, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace environment. Create and maintain standard job descriptions for all open positions, ensuring clear specifications. Provide performance details and assessments, facilitating ongoing professional development. Collaborate with the President on additional HR responsibilities as needed. Stay current with HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Proven ability to identify and analyze complex issues, with a track record of recommending and implementing effective solutions. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and maintain professional relationships with employees at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
