Description: Works together with the other restaurant leaders in order to accomplish the Owner/Operator's vision for the restaurant. Works closely in assisting the general manager. This position oversees all Human Resource relations with the current team and any existing applicants. Approximately 30+ hours HR work weekly. The candidate has the option to work additional hours (40+ total weekly hours) in the food service operation, hospitality or kitchen. This is NOT A REMOTE position.
