RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee HR/Administration function, including onboarding, employee training, coaching, and handling sensitive internal issues
-Proactively identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
-Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
-Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
-Ensure the company is in compliance with the applicable programs and training

 
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelors Degree
-5-7 years of HR/Admin, risk, and compliance, specifically within 3PL/transportation
-Experience working for a transportation company is required
-High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
-A multi-tasker, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
