As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Over see recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives. Handle onboarding process and new hire orientation. Manage our HRIS system. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Support HR Director with various projects and initiatives as needed. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
