Human Resources (HR) Generalist

Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to recruit top talent through various channels.
Streamline the onboarding process to ensure a positive first day and company integration for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting.
Provide guidance and interpretation of company policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Conduct investigations and mediate employee relations issues.
Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance.
Develop and recommend improvements to HR processes and programs.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (a plus).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
