Responsibilities
• Accurately completes and verifies HR-related forms and documents.• Manages various HR documents and maintains employee records.• Coordinates and provides administrative support for specific HR areas.• Engages in effective communication of HR information to employees.• Participates in special projects to enhance HR processes.• Performs additional assigned job-related duties.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding.
Key Skills Needed
• Effective oral and written communication skills.• Detail-oriented.• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.• Ability to handle multiple projects.• Strong project administration skills.
