TITLE: Human Resources Assistant SUMMARY : Provides support in functional areas of human resources and answers any questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills Capacity to perform tasks quickly Minimum of 1-2 years experience supporting HR related functions Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist HR with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
