Details of the offer

JOB SUMMARY: • Process all new hire information, employee information changes and updates through the HRIS (Workday/Dayforce) to ensure accurate record keeping

• Act as back-up for new employee orientation to help employees gain an understanding of the company policies, procedures, benefit plans and enrollment requirements
• Process employee biometric timeclock set-up
• Assist employees with general questions related to benefits, policies, programs, pay concerns; refers complaints and other issues to HR Manager or Supervisor for resolution
• Provide management with employee information for monthly All Employee Meeting
• First point of contact for internal customer service; all other duties assigned by Dept. Manager
• MUST have manufacturing environment experience along with Workday/Dayforce
QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, with a minimum of two years human resources experience; OR 3 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required.
• Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment is needed, supporting an employee base of at least 400.
• Must be proficient in Workday/Dayforce, MS Office applications, with above average Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written skills along with good presentation skills are required to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; must be flexible to changing needs of the business
• Basic knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA and related state and federal regulations required.
