Responsibilities
• Constantly communicate with the Front Office and Valet teams to ensure efficient guest escort and luggage transportation• Provide high guest service orientation to meet guest expectations• Ensure guest comfort with accommodations and familiarize them with room offerings• Work in a fast-paced environment with moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing• Engage in casual conversation with guests and provide recommendations• Refined verbal communication skills• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment• Ability to stand for long periods of time• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking and lifting• Comfortable engaging in conversation with guests• Committed to delivering high-level customer service
