Responsibilities
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance• Thoroughly clean and restock required number of guest rooms per shift• Complete pre-cleaning duties and remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly• Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
