Responsibilities
• Handle hotel reservations, including receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability• Interact with guests to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations• Assist guests during check-in and check-out, addressing special requests or concerns• Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts• Promote additional services to enhance guest experience and increase revenue• Assist guests with general inquiries, directions, and information about local attractions• Address and resolve guest issues or concerns• Work closely with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
