Responsibilities
• Take and manage reservations• Inquire about special occasions and requests• Help Management orchestrate the evening• Work with Service Artists to create unique experiences• Offer suggestions and accommodations to guests• Give restaurant tours and maintain venue knowledge• Maintain an organized atmosphere at the Concierge desk• Proactively manage reservations and assist with special requests
Requirements
• Willingness to learn and retain knowledge• Wine knowledge• Respect and execution of all company values• Good time management and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines• A hospitable nature• Understanding of anticipatory service• Drive to be organized• Ability to multi-task• High school or equivalent education preferred• 1 year of customer service experience required• 1 year of fine dining experience preferred
