No restaurant experience required. Previous hosting or customer service positions a plus!
Responsibilities

• Provide a great first impression by welcoming guests to the restaurant.

• Answer phone calls, assist guests with reservations, and answer any questions.

• Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of guests.

• Provide guests with menus and answering any initial questions.

• Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with their experience and receiving the Perfect Night Out.

• Establish rapport with guests by being professional, hospitable, and recognizing special occasions.

• Work with other Team Members to create memorable experience.
