You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities

•Generate revenue by securing at least 8 new homeowners each month using our unique marketing strategy
•Maintain and optimize our state-of-the-art CRM system
•Ensure consistent attainment of performance metrics
•Participate in daily team meetings at 11 AM and 4:45 PM CST
•Complete daily tasks such as 60 dial attempts, 2+ hours of talk time, making 3 offers, and securing 1 signed contract
•Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
•Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends

Qualifications

•Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role, with a proven track record
•Experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is advantageous
•Strong phone skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and gain trust
•High emotional intelligence and resilience
•Self-motivated and able to maintain performance without supervision
•Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
•Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
