This position offers the unique opportunity to not only provide direct care to our patients but also to step into a leadership role as we grow and expand.You will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients while also growing, supervising, and mentoring your team. As your business grows, you will transition into a leadership role, overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, and driving the strategic direction of the company.As a Home Care Supervisor, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:Supervision and Training:Lead and supervise your team of caregivers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.Conduct training sessions and orientation for your team.Assist in screening, hiring, and retaining employees to meet the needs of the clients served.Perform regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.Patient Care:Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living and companionship.Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.Build strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.A few must-haves for the Home Care Supervisor:High school diploma/GED.
