Compensation: $80k First year OTE ($65k base)
Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Inside Sales/Marketer, a hybrid position that combines sales acumen with marketing expertise. This position plays a crucial role in closing leads generated through inbound calls and emails promptly. The primary focus will be on maintaining transparent communication throughout the sales process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to revenue growth and profitability. This role requires a strong local network within the post-acute sector.
Intake Responsibilities: Handle inbound leads from various channels (email, fax, phone, referrals) and follow established processes to manage leads within our system. Build and manage a comprehensive customer database. Facilitate the intake process, including scheduling assessments and coordinating with care managers to ensure timely care initiation. Gain a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions. Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales quotas. Close sales effectively to meet or exceed targets. Marketing Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a biweekly engagement plan with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and other relevant institutions to generate high-quality leads. Become the go-to expert on qualifying seniors for Medicaid waivers, offering valuable insights and guidance. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or post-acute sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Local network and relationships within the post-acute care community are highly desirable. Willingness to commute to Alexandria and Monroe on a biweekly basis. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
