Collaborate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and resolve issues on behalf of clients. Stay informed about travel industry trends, destination updates, and travel restrictions to provide clients with relevant information and guidance. Handle administrative tasks related to travel reservations, such as processing payments, issuing tickets, and sending booking confirmations to clients. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, reservations, payments, and other relevant information in our customer database. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, travel reservations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
