Peregrine Team is hiring for an experienced Recruiter in Southern California. Job Duties: Experience with full cycle recruiting Understanding the organization's current and future needs. Working in a process-orientated environment, driven by historical and evolving data. Encouraged by individual and team targets Mining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Responsible for identifying qualified applicants for hard-to-fill, niche positions and presenting a diverse candidate slate to support business diversity and inclusion efforts with active and passive candidates. Eager to build a deeper understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles in the healthcare industry. Ability to maintain weekly/month metrics- including but not limited to: submittals, interviews, placements. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, capable of offering solutions to various challenges that require a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation, and navigating effectively in a matrix environment. Must be detailed oriented Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced environment.
