About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People Operations to join their rapidly growing team. This strategic role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership, owning the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy, and ensuring that the global organization's employees are engaged and highly productive. The successful candidate will be the first hire in People Operations and will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational processes that support the company's rapid growth, fostering a thriving, global culture, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in People Operations, with a deep knowledge of best practices in core HR domains. A proven track record of owning people strategies at a hyper-growth technology company is essential. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership acumen, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills. The Head of People Operations will also be tasked with developing and rolling out competitive compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee incentive programs, as well as creating comprehensive learning and development initiatives to foster continuous growth and high performance within the organization.
