We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Westerville, Ohio. Job Purpose: Manage FM services in a tactical and operational level, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Asset Management, and Occupancy Optimization, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies. Direct team and service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals.
Your tasks: Manage FM budget, including creation and approval Assist/direct the implementation of business plans and objectives Assist the implementation of FM services and across all business units Oversee Facility Management services, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Asset Management, and Occupancy Optimization Influence others across DPDHL and externally as recognized thought leader representing the Group Assist in the negotiation of critical agreements/contracts with other departments and 3rd parties Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems Ensure own team delivers an efficient, high-quality service that meets business and external needs Direct team and service providers in executing the Facility Management tactical goals Implement/develop and manage strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across DPDHL and partner organizations Provide guidance to Facility Managers on all FM activities, future pipeline and improvement potentials Provide expert FM knowledge and implement Multi-City/Country processes Manage and Lead FM Real Estate activities at a Multi-City/State level Your profile: Education Level Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification Desirable Facility Management/Real Estate Master's degree Desirable Facilities Management Certification Professional Engineering Degree Experience Level +8 years of relevant FM experience W e offer: Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world International and virtual environment Flexibility and great opportunity to learn Tempting Compensation and benefits DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
