Job Description The Impact That You Will Make You'll wear two hats in this multifaceted leadership position: education visionary and apprenticeship architect. You'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive education and workforce development programs while simultaneously spearheading the growth and success of our registered apprenticeship program.
Your Role
Provide strategic oversight of curriculum development, instructional design, and fostering educational partnerships.
Spearhead the creation and execution of education and training programs that align with evolving industry and workforce needs.
Champion and improve registered apprenticeship programs to ensure they are effective career pathways. This includes strategic partner engagement, program compliance, and advocacy for apprenticeship benefits.
Develop and implement a plan for building and leading a team, focusing on strategic growth and operational excellence within our workforce development initiatives.
Create a data-driven approach to evaluate program impact, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies to achieve our ambitious goals.
Your Skills and Experiences
A Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 7 years of experience in strategic HR roles and workforce development.
A history of successful team leadership and program execution.
Experience with talent acquisition strategies and workforce modeling, especially in diverse and inclusive settings.
Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, with a knack for high-level planning and a data-driven approach to decision-making and program evaluation.
Exceptional ability to communicate vision, engage stakeholders, and build relationships.
Knowledge of the registered apprenticeship program model is preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing, retail, or similar environments is a plus.
