As a One Vision HCBS Assistant Director, with support from the HCBS Service Director, You will be responsible for and have functional authority for the oversight of HCBS residential services along with, but not limited to:
Responsible for the utilization of, training of, and supervision of employees within assigned team while ensuring persons served receive the services they need in a safe and respectful manner.
Oversight of services provided, and daily operations comply with federal, state, national accreditation, and agency policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines.
