Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, leading initiatives to drive sustainable growth and empower small businesses to compete effectively in the digital sphere.

Responsibilities:
SEO & Content Marketing: Develop and manage content strategies, leveraging SEO best practices and innovative tools to enhance productivity.
Copywriting: Craft compelling copy and oversee copywriting efforts, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
Promotions Strategy: Plan and execute high-impact promotions across digital channels, aligning with growth objectives.
Email Marketing: Design and optimize email campaigns, driving continuous improvement in performance.
CRO, Funnels & Testing: Implement and refine conversion strategies to optimize user engagement and drive growth.
PPC & Paid Advertising: Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms, maximizing ROI and impact.
Affiliates & Partnerships: Nurture affiliate programs and partnerships to foster business growth.
Social Media: Utilize social channels effectively to drive traffic and revenue, in line with overall strategies.
Data & Analytics: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and understand market trends.
Process Development & Documentation: Design and implement processes to enhance team efficiency and project success.
Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in growth marketing within a product-led SaaS environment, preferably in B2B/SMB sectors.
Strong expertise in SEO, copywriting, email marketing, CRO, PPC, and affiliate management.
Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools and platforms.
[Bonus] Experience with the WordPress platform is advantageous.
