Total Compensation Estimator  JOB TYPE: FULL TIME /  CAREER SERVICE POSITION LOCATION: Tallahassee, FL (relocation benefits are not available for this position)  OPEN COMPETITIVE Your Specific Responsibilities: Single Audits – Assists staff with the tracking and maintenance of records related to all federal and state audits. Tasks include assisting with the coordination of single audit reviews by administrative and program staff.  Daily tasks include maintaining tracking logs, data entry, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and statutes. Additional tasks include preparing single audit noncompliance and management decision letters.
Other Compliance – Assists staff with ensuring agency, recipient, and subrecipient compliance with additional federal and state reporting requirements, to include Total Executive Compensation; LWDB annual budgets, and organization charts, and salary and bonus caps.
Other Responsibilities – As needed, provide assistance to the Chief of Financial Monitoring and Accountability, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer, including developing reports and analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work independently.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Proficient skills in Word and Excel in working with data, creating spreadsheets, using database systems, run reports and conduct related follow-up activities.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to understand and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
