We are looking for a Superintendent, Project Execution at the Goldrush mine, Cortez complex.The Superintendent, Project Execution leads the construction management and project controls of Goldrush infrastructure capital projects. The role is accountable for the development and implementation of project execution plans, procurement and construction activities, and contract management and is responsible for Management of Change (MOC) processes, short-term interval controls (SIC), safety compliance, cost controls, and project reporting. We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.Responsibilities:Drive safety mindset through Visible Felt Leadership and engagement of operations and contractor teams, ensuring effective leadership in site programs including management of change (MOC), team risk assessments (TRA), Field Interactions, and Fatal Risk Audits. Drive integration, collaboration, and coordination of NGM teams and contractors required for the effective development and execution of the project. Provide execution planning input to all project stages - design, scheduling, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover - including constructability reviews, operational readiness, and change management. Manage and conduct construction activities and establish project controls including schedule, scope, and resource management to ensure seamless development and execution. Track and report project progress and earned value metrics. Manage purchases, procurement, and payments of projects. Support contract formulation and administration and ensure all work is in conformance with technical and quality standards.
