About the job Are you ready to lead strategic procurement initiatives on a global scale? Franke Foodservice is seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Procurement Director, OEM in Smyrna, Tennessee, United States!
As the Category Director for commercial equipment and spare parts procurement, where you'll shape our global strategy. Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to optimize processes, develop business strategies, and create value. Reporting to the VP Global Procurement of Foodservice Systems, this role offers a pivotal opportunity for impact.

Your tasks Develop and implement a sourcing strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, to ensure alignment with generation plan and technology roadmap. Delivering best TCO, service levels and value proposition to Franke's costumers.Align strategy and tactics with other key stakeholders.Communicate strategy to the organization to support successful implementation.Supplier contract review and lifecycle management.Lead negotiations on a divisional level, including tenders when necessary, and leveraging Franke.Group's size and scale.Actively manage the portfolio to benefit from a group approach toward OEM suppliers.Target best total costs and highest return for Franke globally with eyesight to the end customerContinuously analyze the supply market to identify new opportunities and provide valuable market insights to product marketing and R&D when relevant.Align with all relevant business functions in achieving strategic company targets.Secure sharing of information and support to all Franke Foodservices geographiesTravel, including internationally as required to support customer and company requirements.Implement, support, and ensure the use of relevant strategic sourcing processes across the group.Identify and implement cost savings opportunities.Communicate, cooperate, and involve relevant stakeholders to drive the overall strategy.Support and actively promote the Procurement function.Engage and secure an open and direct dialogue with stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement from suppliers on service level, quality, TCO and innovation.Support, and drive, when necessary, Franke's ESG efforts.Other duties as assigned.
