This role ensures that the company's EHS standards and sustainability goals are upheld across all operations and regions. TheDirectorwill also manage EHS training programs, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Responsibilities:Leadthe global EHS and Sustainability Project Management Office, PMO, ensuring alignment with company's strategicobjectives.Developand?implementEHSand Sustainabilityproject management methodologies, standards, and tools.Coordinatewith regional and functional leaders to ensure EHS compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability goals are met.Overseethe planning, execution, and delivery of EHS and sustainability projects across the organization.Monitorand?reporton the status of EHS and sustainability projects, ensuringtimelyand effective communication with stakeholders.Promotea culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization, driving initiatives that improve the company's environmental footprint.Managethe EHS and Sustainability PMO budget and resources.Ensurecontinuous improvement of EHS project management practices and sustainability initiatives through benchmarking and lessons learned.Manageand?coordinateEHS training programs across the organization, ensuring employees are adequately trained and informed about EHS policies, procedures, and sustainability goals.Overseethe implementation and maintenance of ISO systems (such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), ensuring compliance with international standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Science, Engineering,SafetyManagementor related field.Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in EHS, project management, sustainability initiatives, training management, and ISO system management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, sustainability practices, and ISO systems.Proficiencyin project management software.Ability to travel as needed.As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
