Responsibilities
• Lead the service and quality expectations of the team• Develop and motivate a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment• Maintain inventory, schedules, and use spreadsheets• Focus on profits and sales growth• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Requirements
• Prior restaurant management or leadership role with a successful history of quality guest service and team building• Experience in financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data• Ability to learn, coach, and work effectively in a team• Strong attention to detail and time management skills• Proficiency in typical desktop software programs• Experience in inventory management, labor management, and knowledge of P&L's• Availability to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks• Bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder may be required
