General Maintenance Technician

We are seeking outstanding team members who: Have at least 5 years of experience Own a standard set of tools to perform all of their skills/trades Take pride in their work and deliver consistent results Are able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers Ability to scope and estimate small projects Must have their own vehicle to travel between different office locations within the Hampton Roads area Skills required: Drywall and painting repairs Minor plumbing and electrical repairs Small lighting installations Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs General upkeep/maintenance of office sites If you are looking for a career, where you can work independently while still being part of a great team, we want to hear from you!
