This tips share total about $8000 a year . Responsibilities Clean and prep ingredients Prepare Gelato base Follow recipes Operate Gelato machinery Maintaining inventory tracking Exceeding cleanliness standards Good with numbers and measurements Must be flexible with schedule during Summer months Able to stand on feet during entirety of shift and lift 50 lbs with ease Qualifications Food Handlers Permit Understanding of basic Inventory Tracking Experience in a high performance environment Previous Kitchen experience required Self Motivated Clean Team Player Problem solver We are looking forward to reading your application.
