Location: 1) Nellis AFB, NV; 2) Peterson SFP, CO ; 3) Naval Air Station, Fallon, NV; 4) Crystal City, VA
S2Technologies is seeking a qualified Functional Analyst with expertise in relevant topics (i.e., Joint Fires, AI/ML, Intelligence, Cyber, IT, etc.) to support Joint Tests (JTs) and Quick Reaction Tests (QRTs). The Functional Analyst will be responsible for research and development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for various tests. In this role, they will develop, test, and evaluate CONOPS and TTPs that provide decision-makers with codified risk assessment processes to ensure alignment of high-demand, low-density resources to missions and systems at greatest risk. This position will capture inputs from a diverse group of SMEs/Analysts and communicate their understanding of the various processes through draft iterations that culminate in products employed across the Joint enterprise.
Minimum Skills Required: Bachelors of Science degree with 12 years experience as a Functional Analyst Subject Matter Expertise in one of the following: Joint Fires, AI/ML, Intelligence, Cyber, IT, etc.) Strong writing and speaking skills; experience working in a diverse group of coworkers and community of interest Staff Action Officer experience within a Military Service or Joint environment Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications Candidate must possess a current TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility Other Position Requirements: S2Technologies is an equal-opportunity employer.
