Our ideal candidate will have experience scaling and optimizing marketing strategies within the tech industry, particularly in solutions serving large enterprises.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leadsUtilize a data-driven approach to identify opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channelsAlign marketing strategies with product capabilities and market needsImplement A/B optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagementLeverage analytics tools to track performance metrics and ROI, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet business objectivesWork with content and design teams to manage the completion of content development and artifacts for publicationQualifications3-8 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on enterprise SaaS productsDemonstrable experience in successfully scaling and optimizing digital marketing campaignsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growthKnowledge of the latest marketing technologies and trends, with a particular interest in AI and enterprise software solutionsAbility to successfully partner and align with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience with market automation and digital analytics tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
