Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize work effectively.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our Maintenance Coordinator and the Broker
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and paper records
- Assist with collecting payments, and writing receipts
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Some college preferred
- Experience as a Receptionist or a similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines, and normal office equipment such as copiers, mail meters, lock boxes, printers, computers etc...
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, legible handwriting
-Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products, well versed in the internet and and the Ability to pick up and learn new software as needed. Knowledge with AppFolio, and QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
